James Jones is an Atlanta based artist who has chosen to express himself creatively through photography, poetry and fashion. Always intrigued by words, he began writing poems at the tender age of 6. He began to develop a true appreciation for art at the age of 17, studying the works of artists such as Pablo Picasso, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and Vincent van Gogh, writers F. Scott Fitzgerald, Maya Angelou, Walt Whitman and Shel Silverstein, and filmmakers Quentin Tarantino, Baz Luhrmann and Jean-Luc Godard. In addition, his art is most inspired by his passion for music and fashion, being influenced most prominently by A$AP Rocky, Drake, Andre 3000, Travis Scott, Miguel, Lana Del Rey Ralph Lauren, Virgil Abloh and Raf Simons. As a photographer, he dreams of one day being able to collaborate with Nike and in particular, WWE, who he has been a diehard fan of since 2002. His ultimate goal is to travel the world as a freelance photographer and meet and develop relationships with as many people as humanly possible. He lives life based on the principles of "patience, perspective and progression."
